Modjeski and Masters (M&M) announces the firm's expansion into Miami following the hiring of Regional Director
Sybille Bayard, PE.
Bayard brings her extensive experience in the structural design of bridges, underground structures, and miscellaneous highway structures to M&M’s operations in Miami and the surrounding region. Throughout her career, Bayard has been involved in all phases of bridge design from conceptual to post design services of short to long span bridges, including simple-span and continuous steel, and prestressed and cast-in-place concrete bridge structures.
"We've concentrated on establishing a footprint in Florida, and the addition of Ms. Sybille Bayard to our team brings that objective to fruition. With her substantial experience with Florida bridge projects, we are thrilled to be solidifying our presence in southern Florida," said Michael F. Britt, President and CEO of M&M.
Bayard has been part of notable local projects including, the Port of Miami Tunnel Project, the SR 826/SR 836 Palmetto & Dolphin Expressway Interchange, and GMX SR 836 Open Toll Road Conversion. A graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, Bayard holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, South Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee.
