ATLANTA, GA — Manhattan Construction Company, a national construction services firm, announces the appointment of Todd Armistead as Operations Manager and Wendy Cunningham as Director of Business Development to support a growing presence in the Southeast.
As Operations Manager, Armistead will oversee the company's Atlanta-area operations. He will advise on complex construction issues and cultivate a rewarding environment for employees to reach their full potential. Armistead has 26 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in project leadership and safety programs. His portfolio includes projects in health care, science and technology, mission-critical facilities, government buildings, higher education, corporate offices, sports, and entertainment sectors.

As Director of Business Development for Manhattan's Atlanta region, Cunningham will oversee new business acquisition and strategic account management. With over a decade of experience in marketing and client engagement in the specialty construction industry, Cunningham will collaborate closely with Manhattan's regional leadership to establish and nurture relationships with clients, teaming partners, and the community.
