With 20 years in the construction industry, McFadden has managed more than $1 billion in construction projects, from the reimagining of Daytona Speedway to many sports, entertainment, and higher education projects. He has a track record of building relationships with clients, designers, consultants, and trade partners to enhance the quality of work and ensure client satisfaction.
He has received the 2016 Alumni Society of Architectural Engineers Early Career Impact award from Penn State University. McFadden holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University and is a Harvard Business School alum.
