Horan joined Applied in 2006, became a shareholder in 2013, and has steadily worked his way into this leadership position. He remarked, “I am truly humbled by this recognition. Miles joined the firm in 2015, bringing three decades of experience. He became a shareholder and stepped into a leadership position in 2018. “I find it a great honor to be named a Principal at Applied,” Miles said. “Thirty-three years as a mechanical engineer providing solutions to clients in the advanced manufacturing, healthcare and higher education markets has aligned my experience with a company that has become well-recognized in those markets. Applied has built a great client base because of 22 years of engineering solutions to our client’s scope and budget and provides a culture for its employees that is unparalleled to any other firm I have worked with. We have worked hard to plan for a solid future for the company and I look forward to helping implement that plan. I am delighted to finish my career at such a fine company.”
