INDIANAPOLIS – RATIO recently announced the elevation of five principals to the partner level to support growth, expand geographical and interdisciplinary perspectives, and diversify leadership.

Building upon an unprecedented year of growth and forty years of business, RATIO welcomes five new partners – Lisa Esterrich, Rebecca Hinz, Chris Meier, Jeff Milliken, and Kitty Yuen.

“As we celebrate the professional successes of this group, we want to also acknowledge the step toward creating a more representational leadership team – a team that more fully reflects the composition of our 200-person firm,” said RATIO CEO Bill Browne, FAIA, LEED AP.

These individuals have been instrumental in championing RATIO's most significant projects and leading RATIO studios in Indianapolis, Raleigh, Denver, Chicago, and Champaign.

RATIO recognizes their professional successes and the unique talent and value they bring to the firm as the reasons all five were promoted. These new partners also embrace leadership diversity, and for the first time, the firm has three partners who are also women.
