Holladay's management team became aware of this opportunity through local brokerage contracts including Holladay's Vice President of Leasing & Development, Michael O'Connor in Portage, Indiana.
The Munster MOB is currently home to four tenants, including Munster Dialysis Center and American Renal Associates. Day-to-day management activities will be overseen by Toby Ernsberger, Property Manager in Portage, Indiana.
