CORE Planning Strategies is a program management firm that helps organizations facilitate successful transformations, whether it’s a facility, redevelopment project, or process improvement initiative.
Robinson has nearly 20 years of experience in the Indianapolis community, including several years working for the City of Indianapolis. Most recently, she served on Mayor Joseph Hogsett’s cabinet as Director of the Office of Sustainability. In that role, Robinson developed and led Indianapolis’ sustainability, resilience, and “smart city” efforts, including the THRIVE Indianapolis and It’s My City initiatives.

Robinson is a Board Member for both the Irsay Family YMCA at City Way and a member of the sustainability committee for the NBA All-Star 2021 Host Committee. She has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and sociology from Purdue University and holds certificates from the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute and The Fundraising School at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is also a graduate of the American Institute for Managing Diversity’s Diversity Leadership Academy, the Urban Sustainability Directors Network Equity Course, and Dale Carnegie Training.
