New full-time hires include Architectural Graduates Pankaj Nath Joy and Tanzim Rachana and Sean O’Sullivan, Mechanical Engineer. Summer interns include Andrew Price, Environmental Graphic Design Intern, Ayesha Saeed, Human Resources Intern, Laney Lanter, Architectural Intern, Mikayla Mzumara, Electrical Engineering Intern, and Emily Udell, Mechanical Engineering Intern.
DC's Workplace Team has gained Udell and Rachana. Rachana enjoys the engaging work environment has to offer. “I love being around so many diverse and talented professionals. I look forward to learning and growing to be an empathetic and innovative Architect, and DC is to be the best place to start my journey,” said Rachana.
DC's Education Studio welcomed Mzumara and Joy. “The collaboration between engineers and architects makes the Design Collaborative significantly extraordinary. As a new employee, the homely environment and fun events make me feel as though I am going to my home each day, not a workplace,” said Joy.
Last, DC's Healthcare Team is excited to have Lanter and O'Sullivan on board. “I am enjoying the helpful environment here and seeing how the projects we work on create more opportunities for our clients and the surrounding community. I am looking forward to learning more about the industry itself and how new technologies will change it over the coming years,” said O’Sullivan.

This group of interns and recent graduates collectively represent Clemson University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Ball State University, Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, Miami University, and Purdue University. They are looking forward to collaborating with talented colleagues, working on creative projects, and continuing to implement the use of new technologies.
