In an effort to recognize those partners, the company has developed the Golden Hammer Awards. Meyer Najem receives nominations from its employees and has a committee who chooses winners in the following categories: Superintendent, Project Management, Field Supervision and Craft Persons, Accounting, and Estimating.

Meyer Najem employees enjoy the opportunity to surprise the winners by showing up at their places of work with trophies and delicious Meyer Najem cookies. It’s a great way to show the company's appreciation for each recipient’s outstanding efforts.
