Lesko hopes to one day design theaters, museums, churches, exhibition halls, and other voluminous projects with acoustic, lighting or perspective challenges. With Elevatus, Lesko will be exposed to all design phases of projects. He’ll learn production hands-on alongside the firm’s skilled and experienced architects.
Elevatus believes internships are instrumental in building up future designers and producing a skillset matched for the technical world of architecture and design.
Elevatus is also excited to announce Dillon Redding has joined the firm as an Architectural Graduate. Redding graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Architecture in May.
Redding has interned at Elevatus since 2021. Over those two years, he was exposed to all aspects of design and the architecture industry, including early design planning, construction document preparation, job site visitation, and project meeting participation.
Redding is client-focused and solution-forward, and Elevatus will benefit from his creative vision and drive to learn.
