INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Spohn Associates adds four new employees to their team. Spohn looks forward to seeing how these four individuals will thrive in their new positions. The new hires are:

Aaron Shadwick

Shadwick began at Spohn in 2019. He brings with him eight years of experience in the construction industry, from several facets including project management, superintendent, estimating, and marketing. He has pursued several accreditations including OSHA 30, NFPA 70e, and SWPPP. At Spohn, Shadwick will begin as a PM Assistant, helping the Project Managers with all aspects of management.

Ryerson Rich

Rich began at Spohn in November of 2019. He attended Eastern Illinois University studying history and pre-law and acquired an associate degree from Lincoln Trail College in architecture/construction management. Since college, Rich has worked in construction for 20 years, as a tradesman and management in residential, industrial, and commercial construction. At Spohn, he will be working as a Project Manager.

Chris Jost

Jost began at Spohn in August of 2019 and has been in the construction industry for 25 years. His previous roles include superintendent, project manager, and working with general contractors and subcontractors. He has a degree in architectural drafting and design and pursued further education at IU Kokomo in construction technology. He will serve in the role of Superintendent at Spohn.

Seth Oswalt

Oswalt began at Spohn in August of 2019 as a Superintendent. He has his bachelor's degree in industry and technology and has experience in carpentry, as well as previous superintendent experience. He also spent six years in the U.S. Navy.
