Central Florida Equipment Announces Brand Refresh to Central Civil Construction
“When our father founded Central Florida Equipment in Miami in 1977, it was with a vision to bring expertise and quality to South Florida’s burgeoning construction industry,” said Robert Baer, Co-President of Central Civil Construction. “Today, Central Civil Construction continues to honor its roots and remains committed to providing quality professional engineering services, developing long-term relationships and adapting to the changing needs of our clients and the industry.”
Central Civil Construction is family-owned and operated, specializing in complex projects, including deep excavations, underground utility work, heavy highway construction, earthwork, land development and infrastructure civil engineering projects. Central Civil Construction has been instrumental in the development of local projects including site preparation for PortMiami’s Royal Caribbean Terminal A, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and Marlins Park.
“This refresh positions Central Civil Construction as a company focused on some of the most challenging projects in South Florida,” said Richard Baer, Co-President of Central Civil Construction. “It is a privilege to work with many outstanding clients, and we are grateful for the trust they have placed in our team for over 40 years.”
The rebranding includes a new company name that reflects this new positioning, a modern logo, along with updated communications to share its most recent projects in both the public and private sectors. Some of the company’s latest projects include the Miami International Airport’s $76-million Central Base Apron and Utilities Modification and Expansion project as well as the first phase of The Underline, a project to transform the land below Miami’s Metrorail into a 10-mile linear park.
