HOLLYWOOD, FL — CenterPoint Properties announces it has earned the Florida Green certification for 3423 McIntosh Road in Hollywood, Florida, by the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC). The CenterPoint development scored 37 percent above FGBC’s certification requirement to achieve the Silver level.

“We designed both buildings at the Port Everglades International Logistics Center to give tenants port immediacy, regional transportation access, and every modern amenity they need with little environmental impact and significant long-term cost savings,” said Brian Hollings, CenterPoint Vice President of Development.

Construction on the 145,007-square-foot building at CenterPoint’s Port Everglades International Logistics Center was completed in June and leased to International Warehouse Services. The 151,000-square-foot building next door at 3413 McIntosh Road was recently completed, is available for lease, and is ready for immediate occupancy.
