Though a physical office in the area is new, Nabholz has a history working with clients in the middle Tennessee area. They are currently wrapping up the Franklin Special School District Performing Arts Center, as well as the Poplar Grove Elementary gymnasium expansion, and will start on another project for the district this spring.
Executive Vice President of Operations John Strack — a Nabholz employee for two decades — will head up the Nashville office. Strack earned his construction management degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock while simultaneously working as general labor. He then moved to Northwest Arkansas, where his career with Nabholz has grown from a Project Engineer role to a Project Executive position. He has obtained LEED AP accreditation, OSHA 30 certification, and is a Healthcare Construction Certified Professional.
Blake Osteen has been hired by Nabholz to serve as the Senior Project Manager for the new location. Born and raised in Tennessee, he attended Middle Tennessee State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in construction management with a minor in business administration. Osteen brings 15 years of construction industry experience to the job and is OSHA 30 certified.
