Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on Cleveland State’s Health & Sciences Facility

CLEVELAND, TN — Hoar Construction recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for Cleveland State Community College’s new $25-million Health & Sciences facility. This is the first building the campus will construct in more than 40 years and is part of a planned campus revitalization project.
This project will include nursing, EMT and medical assistant skills and simulation labs, biology and microbiology labs, five general classrooms, three conference rooms, student study and collaboration space, faculty offices and 2,400 square feet of multi-function space for classes and events.
