Miller served as Operations Manager before his promotion as Vice President. During the last five years at Manhattan, he provided executive leadership for more than 40 projects. With 23 years of experience, Miller has managed multi-million-dollar construction projects for government and private-sector clients. His project experience includes education, correctional, transportation, hospitality, mission-critical, sports, condominiums, and high-end renovation projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Heddens is a 36-year construction industry veteran. He joined Manhattan in 2005, and prior to his promotion to Operations Manager, he served as a Senior Superintendent. During the last 16 years, he has worked on more than 60 projects in Central Florida in the education, government, aviation, hospitality, commercial, cultural, sports, and health care sectors.
Miller and Heddens are State of Florida Certified General Contractor license holders.
