ATLANTA, GA — Rockefeller Group, a real estate developer, owner, and operator, announces the topping out of 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story, LEED Silver-certified mixed-use tower located in Atlanta, Georgia. The development will feature Class A office space, residences with a full acre of amenities and city views, and ground-floor retail space. Upon completion in spring 2026, the property will stand as the tallest tower built in Atlanta in more than three decades.
1072 West Peachtree will deliver 224,000 square feet of office space across eight floors of the building, 357 units of residences, and 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail offerings. In addition to its office and residential components, the building will offer an acre of indoor and outdoor amenities, including an athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, with wellness-focused offerings such as private spa treatment rooms, sauna rooms, frost lockers, and recovery. In addition, it will also include an indoor Pilates studio, a private training studio, and a pickleball court overlooking Midtown.
Additionally, the property will feature the Sky Garden, Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck, designed with seating areas for collaboration or relaxation, as well as a flexible-use lawn for gathering, gaming, and hosting events overlooking the city.
Turner Construction is serving as general contractor for the building. The project’s design and interiors are being shaped by Atlanta-based, TVS.
