HOLLISTON, MA — An electrical subcontractor throughout New England and the Southeast for nearly five decades, Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. (Griffin Electric) recently held a series of summer outings for its employees across each of its regional office locations. Both field and office employees were in attendance, alongside family and other loved ones.
Outings for the Southeast regions were held in Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina, along with an outing in New England. Each event featured a catered luncheon, a variety of games and other activities geared toward all ages, and a drawing of raffle prizes for Griffin Electric team members. Prizes consisted of a number of different gift cards, a merit cash bonus, and an additional week of paid vacation time, as well as a travel package, a Weber grill, and more. The company also provided several small gifts for each employee, as well as for all children who were present at each outing.
Company President Wayne Griffin made remarks at each event, highlighting the impact that each team member has made to help the company be successful, and thanking them for all that they do. The thousands of projects that Griffin Electric has completed over the years are a direct testament to its people.
