Francis joined Alston in 2020 as Project Director, where he quickly demonstrated his expertise in construction management and his dedication to client satisfaction. Prior to joining Alston, Francis gained experience working with other construction companies in various roles, including preconstruction and project management.
Francis' passion for construction was sparked by his father, who retired from the United States Air Force and went on to start a small electrical contracting business. Francis followed in his father’s footsteps, becoming an Apprentice Electrician before transitioning to construction management.
As Vice President/General Manager of Alston Construction’s Nashville office, Francis will oversee all aspects of the office’s operations, including project management, business development, and client relationships. His extensive experience and leadership skills make him the ideal choice for this role.
