Phoenix Construction Company, based out of Weatherford, Texas, and O’Connor Construction Group, LLC, from Fort Worth, are partnering on the project. David Farmer, the project manager, and Mike Stevens, the project superintendent, said material for the project has been ordered and excavation and groundwork will start right away.
Al Niece, President and Owner of Niece Equipment, said the market can handle 400 units consisting of water trucks, water towers, and fuel and lube trucks. They will be assigned to this location when complete.
Shelli Thompson, who will be the manager of the new location, said she is looking forward to the opening and hopes to have a starting inventory of 30 to 50 units.
