The HUB at The Farm, known for its inaugural location at 30A near Seaside and Rosemary Beach, will be three times the size of the original destination. The mixed-use attraction will offer a variety of dining, entertainment, and retail options specially designed for family entertainment. Located at Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Drive, The HUB will stand on 2.77 acres of land with 23,000 square feet of restaurant space, 5,200 square feet of events lawn space, a 13,000-square-foot plaza, and a 15,000-square-foot two-story covered shared dining pavilion. The HUB is planned to open in the fall of 2022.
“As a suburban concept designed for family and friends, we think The Farm in Allen is a perfect location for The HUB’s brand of good clean excitement,” said Brad Zeitlin, Founder and CEO of The Hub. “Our uniquely curated dining options and daily entertainment can only be found at The HUB. Combined with our focus on developing strong roots in Texas, we’ll be creating deep community ties and shared memories for years to come.”
The HUB-owned restaurants extending their locations to the new DFW location include Crave Roadside Sliders, Local Smoke, SuperFreeze, and the HUB Bar. The HUB team is also launching two new dining concepts specifically designed for Texas: SPOUT, a new bar concept with mixed drinks on tap in addition to beer, wine, craft cocktails, and boozy milkshakes; and Republic, a tapas bar and kitchen with elevated dining space.
The HUB at The Farm is 100 percent leased with 10 curated restaurant concepts, including: A.P. Coffee & Bakery, Gallagher’s Steak and Seafood, Ginger’s Sushi & Juice, Hooked Sea to Table, Macho Taco, Pizzeria Flora, and The Salty Butcher. The venue will offer a variety of daily entertainment that will be free and open to the community, such as live music, outdoor movies, sports watch parties shown on a 25-foot LED screen, DJ events, and more.
