This project consists of three phases. Phase one includes new surface parking, which was recently completed; phase two includes a new, five-story tower addition; and phase three includes a partial renovation of the existing first-floor labor and delivery rooms into six new triage rooms. Upon completion, the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills will feature a five-level, cast-in-place concrete tower including approximately 164,000 square feet of new construction with 5,600 square feet of renovation.
