“Jesse exemplifies Sundt’s commitment to being the best in the industry in safety,” said Robert Garcia, Senior Health, Safety, and Environment Manager. “He is committed to mentoring other team members, both in practicing safe work and in professional career development. Morales will be working alongside Garcia and the rest of the crew at Texas Western Hall, ensuring everyone adheres to best practices in safety on site. Once complete, Texas Western Hall will provide a space for advanced learning and teaching, bringing together multiple science, technology, engineering, and math programs.
Morales is a Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician and an expert in fall protection. He has been a full-time safety professional in construction and general industry for more than 18 years, including with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command. He has coached, mentored, and trained employees to instill a strong safety culture.
