“The Palladium, much like Hammes Company, is an incredibly innovative and dynamic place,” said David G. Voss, Jr., President and CEO of Miron Construction. “We have operated an office in Milwaukee since 2009 and have a significant history with clients and projects in southeastern Wisconsin.”
Miron will occupy the entire second floor of the building, nearly 16,000 square feet.
“After serving as the construction manager on the project and observing the tremendous results, we approached Hammes about moving our Milwaukee office to the building,” said Andre Lorenzen, Vice President, Milwaukee operations. “We look forward to operating from our new space as it will allow us to better service our clients from a state-of-the-art facility in a convenient location. The new office will have a cutting-edge interactive conference room, break-out spaces, wellness room, and collaborative work café. Our space will showcase various construction materials we typically see in our industry and provide the opportunity to be in the heart of the Milwaukee community.”
Palladium serves as Hammes Company’s corporate headquarters and is home to the Lynde & Harry Bradley Foundation and The Bradley Impact Fund. With Miron’s move to the building, which is anticipated before year end, all floors will be leased with the exception of the first floor and a small suite on the fourth floor.
