Usmani has been promoted to Associate Vice President. He has 33 years of experience and is an Assistant Business Unit Manager for the construction services group. Usmani’s background includes construction management, resident engineering, and constructability and progress schedule reviews for the design and construction of highways and bridges across New York and New Jersey. He earned a master’s degree in transportation engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (1991) and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the NED University of Engineering and Technology (1986). Usmani is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Society of Asphalt Technologists of New Jersey.
Zhao has been promoted to Senior Associate. He is a Senior Project Manager with 25 years of experience in the management and design of large-scale, multi-discipline infrastructure and municipal projects in both the public and private sectors. Zhao earned a master’s degree in structural engineering (1996) and a bachelor’s degree in railway engineering (1993) from Beijing Jiaotong University. He is a member of ASCE, the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the Municipal Engineers of the City of New York.
