The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) recently announced new officers selected to lead the organization.
Rick Andritsch, Partner and Vice President of Business Development for VJS Construction Services, will serve as 2026 President, working with AGC’s professional staff and national network of chapters to oversee operations and set strategy.
Andritsch joined VJS, based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, as Senior Project Manager in 1998. In 1999, he was promoted to his current position. Prior to joining the company, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Keller Graduate School of Management.
Trey Pebley, Chief Administrative Officer for Foremost Paving, Inc., based in Elsa, Texas, will serve as AGC’s Senior Vice President. Pebley previously served as AGC of Texas President and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University.
Don Weaver, President/Chief Executive Officer for Weaver-Bailey Contractors, Inc., based in Conway, Arkansas, will serve as 2026 Vice President. He began his career with Weaver-Bailey Contractors in 1978 as a Project Manager. In 1985, he advanced to Chief Operations Officer and Vice President, a role he held for two decades, before taking on his current role in 2002. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

Doug Maibach, Director of Barton Malow Company, based in Southfield, Michigan, will serve as 2026 Treasurer. Maibach began doing odd jobs for Barton Malow when he was 15. His first official job was on a layout engineering crew after graduating from high school. In 1984, he graduated from Michigan State University and joined the company full-time. He later earned a master’s degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. During his career he has been responsible for Barton Malow’s finance, insurance, risk management, community relations, industry relations, labor relations, and special project delivery.
The four new officers will lead AGC as members of its Executive Board and will serve in their positions until March 2027.
AGC represents more than 28,000 firms, including 7,000 of America’s leading general contractors and over 9,300 specialty contracting firms. More than 12,000 service providers and suppliers are associated with AGC through a national network of 87 chapters.
