The new leadership team is comprised of Jessica Kosoff, EIT, Nathan Fry, Steve Reed, and Greg Bishop.
“We are planning for the future growth of our family-owned business,” Ken said. “For over eight decades, our mission has always been to provide skilled craftsmanship, combined with knowledgeable project management to deliver quality construction. Additionally, our firm is committed to the stewardship of the community where we live, work, play, and learn. Whether we are in our own backyard or in towns farther away, building is our business, building a community is our culture.”
Ken said that it is important for business to give back to the community. For Ken, that stewardship was taught through the actions of his father, Henry Funk.
“Our dad was always giving back to the communities where our company had projects or where our associates and subcontractors lived and raised families. Whether it was time, materials, sweat equity, or financial assistance, dad volunteered to build what was needed in a community. His philanthropy extended to projects like camps for children or mission trips to build a hospital,” Ken said. “This philosophy permeates throughout our company today. As you travel through your community, look for us and know that our principles to better the places we live is a distinction that makes us unique.”
