In his role at Stantec, Davis will focus on advancing the strategic growth of the Community Development team in the region while advising on existing site/civil engineering projects. His responsibilities include business development in support of the group’s objectives, client relationship management, project support, and team development in the region.

Davis joins Stantec with expertise in a range of site and land development projects. His experience includes the oversight and/or design of complex projects such as infrastructure for Southpointe II, a 225-acre mixed-use development in Cecil Township, Pennsylvania; Clinton and Cherrington Commerce Parks, 600-acre sites adjacent to Pittsburgh International Airport; the Carrie Furnace Redevelopment, a 100-acre brownfield site in Swissvale/Rankin, Pennsylvania; infrastructure for Heinz Field Stadium in Pittsburgh; and the Three Rivers Stadium demolition in Pittsburgh.
Most recently, Davis was the Program Manager for the Pittsburgh International Airport Terminal Modernization Program overseeing stormwater management, site electrical, and scanning of the existing terminal and multimodal tunnel systems.

Davis is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. He is also active in the industry as a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE). He became President of the Beaver County Chapter PSPE in September 2020.
