Stachoni has over 30 years of experience serving as a Virtual Construction (VC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD, and IT Manager for architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction firms. He was the VC Manager on a range of high-profile projects including Newark International Airport’s New Terminal A, the W + Element Hotel in Philadelphia, and the Live! Casino Hotel in Baltimore. He has also performed design and documentation work for Massachusetts General Hospital and the Delaware State Archives.
He has extensive experience coordinating complex projects, creating detailed BIM specifications and other front-end operational documents, compiling quality takeoffs, and generating visualizations and virtual reality simulations to help construction teams make better estimates, improve quality control, minimize clashes in the field, and make jobs operate more efficiently.
