PHILADELPHIA, PA — LF Driscoll, a construction management company, announces the appointment of two senior executives to its management team, marking the company’s growth into new markets.
Robert Brackett has joined the company as Vice President of Mission Critical. With more than three decades of experience leading critical infrastructure and data center projects, he has delivered facilities for clients such as Susquehanna International Group, University of Pennsylvania, Credit Suisse, Verizon, Merrill Lynch, and Lockheed Martin. Brackett will help the LF Driscoll team continue to expand their expertise in the fast-growing data center market.
David Chila has also joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Chila will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. Chila brings 27 years of financial and operational leadership experience, most recently serving as CFO at EDiS Company and Vice President at The Michaels Organization.
This appointment also marks a return to LF Driscoll for Chila. From 2001 to 2017, he served in key finance roles with the company, first as Project Accountant and later as Project Controller. During his tenure, he supported projects including various expansions at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Philadelphia Museum of Art, the new Barnes Foundation, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Philadelphia Temple and Meetinghouse.
