LiuGong NA Appoints Mayer as New Construction Equipment Regional Sales Manager

KATY, TX — LiuGong North America (LGNA) announces Chris Mayer as their new Construction Equipment Regional Sales Manager. In his new position, Mayer’s responsibilities encompass a geographic territory that includes all of Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and eastern Virginia. Mayer reports directly to Kevin Lee, Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

“Chris’ successes in field sales, branch management and regional management demonstrate both his industry savvy and admirable networking skills,” Lee said. “He possesses fundamental leadership qualities that will help him further strengthen LiuGong’s mutually beneficial relationships with its family of dealerships and rental companies.”

Mayer joins LiuGong with 25 years of experience in the construction equipment industry. Prior to the new position, Mayer served as Territory Manager for Paladin Brands and as Regional Sales Manager for Stanley Black and Decker.

LGNA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LiuGong Machinery, a manufacturer of heavy construction equipment. For more than 60 years, LiuGong has been manufacturing machinery for the heavy construction equipment and material handling industries. LiuGong uses systems and suppliers such as Cummins, ZF, Kawasaki and more. The company is responsible for sales and product support for all LiuGong distributed machines, including the Dressta product line and LiuGong forklifts, for North America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
