BUFFALO, NY — Monroe Tractor announces Roger Melius as the new Parts Manager in Buffalo, New York.
Melius began his career straight out of high school when he entered the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate. During his time in the Navy, he operated and maintained a variety of machinery, equipment, piping systems, and more. Following his service, Melius transitioned into a decade-long journey in promotional sales, forming partnerships and developing and leading a high-performing sales team.
His experience beyond promotional sales includes the banking and telecommunications industries, where he taught and developed new hire classes. Most recently, Melius worked in business-to-business sales in the construction, mining, and forestry industries, helping businesses find solutions that best fit their needs.
“I am excited to bring my dedication to success and growth to the Buffalo location,” Melius said. “My goal is to create a winning experience for our employees and customers alike.”
Throughout his career, Melius has been awarded two Service of Excellence awards, as well as multiple awards for his sales performance.
