With over 20 years of diverse construction expertise, Hart will be instrumental in building on PREMIER’s momentum and further strengthening its presence in this high-potential market.
As Executive Vice President, Hart will oversee PREMIER’s business operations and continue to broaden its portfolio of projects across the East Coast. With a population of nearly 60 million people, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, the region represents the largest construction market in the country. As PREMIER intensifies its focus on this growth market, Hart’s knowledge of the industry and leadership make him well-suited to enhance the company’s prominence in the region.

Hart joins PREMIER with a track record that includes leading operations across a range of national construction companies and architectural and engineering consulting firms. Holding a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Master of Business Administration from SUNY Oswego, he brings skills in client service, risk management, collaboration, and project execution to PREMIER.
As a leader and former Chief Operations Officer, Hart will leverage his construction, business, and legal expertise to drive PREMIER’s business objectives forward. He has numerous accolades and holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour Certifications and a Health Care Constructor Certification from the American Society for Health Care Engineering.
