Riccardo brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked in various transportation roles in Washington, D.C., including the USDOT, the U.S. House of Representatives, and a law firm. During his time at USDOT, he served as a Senior Policy Advisor to Secretary Elaine Chao covering the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Build America Bureau. He was heavily involved in the surface transportation reauthorization efforts. Prior to that, Riccardo was a Senior Congressional Affairs Officer for the Office of the Secretary and Director of Government Affairs for the Federal Railroad Administration. While on Capitol Hill, he was a staffer on the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
Riccardo earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Penn State University.
