Balfour Beatty was awarded a $698 million fixed-price-award-fee, Department of Defense contract to deliver an approximately 854,000-gross-square-foot operational mission building and multi-level, modular parking structure for more than 3,000 parking spaces. The project also features connector bridges to adjacent East Campus buildings, open office areas with large flexible floor plates, food service areas, and additional retail spaces and further expansion of the East Campus utility network.

Balfour Beatty is working with its design-build team comprised of HDR, JCM Associates, J.E. Richards, and exp Federal to deliver The Kenny Center which is scheduled for completion in 2026.
