Catherine Underwood is transitioning to the role of Corporate Business Development Officer and will manage all business development, communications, and marketing functions for the entire organization. Underwood is recognized in the education and municipal markets from her years of work in those industries and was most recently selected to serve on the Roanoke Regional Partnership.
Jason Hoyle, who currently manages major project delivery strategy, will assume the role of President of Branch Builds. Hoyle is a recognized industry veteran in procurement and proposal management and has a history of executing major alternative delivery and joint venture projects. His leadership will enable the Builds unit to take on new markets and geographies, while still delivering successfully on current projects.
Underwood's and Hoyle's relationships they have built with owners, clients, design firms, and the construction industry will continue as they take on the additional responsibility of these new roles.
