Scoble joined Messer in 2007 after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a civil engineering degree. His project experience includes the Tennessee Air National Guard's KC-135 Maintenance Hangar and Shops and leadership for multiple jobs at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He also serves on Messer’s Corporate Quality Committee and is involved with JDRF Knoxville.
Snover joined Messer in 2022. His most recent project experience includes the City of Knoxville Public Safety Complex, and he also serves on Messer’s Corporate Safety Leadership Group. Snover earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from Arizona State University, as well as a degree in business management from Angelo State University, and is a 2023 graduate of Introduction Knoxville through Leadership Knoxville.
Steigerwald — whose experience spans higher education, laboratory, parking garage and commercial projects — joined Messer in 2010 as a co-op while earning a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Kentucky University. He is a member of Messer’s Self-Performance Management Committee and volunteers at the Emerald Youth Foundation.
In addition to these senior management level promotions, Messer recently promoted Emma Cornell and Stephen Johannesen to the role of Project Engineer II.
