ANN ARBOR, MI — Atwell welcomes Jeff Williams to the team as a Project Manager in the environmental group. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Williams is responsible for promoting and expanding Atwell’s Power & Energy operations, managing project resources, leading his team’s project quality control, and maintaining project budgets and schedules for projects throughout Michigan and the Midwest.

Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil & gas and power industries to Atwell. His experience is primarily in project management; natural resources permitting; cultural resources, listed species, and wetland assessments; natural gas and liquids pipelines, pipeline construction, and other associated facilities.

Additionally, he has extensive field survey experience in the fields of wetland ecology, terrestrial habitat and species ecology, and aquatic habitat and species ecology. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He is a certified Michigan Construction Stormwater Operator.
