“We are thrilled that Deborah has joined the Wolverine family,” Mulder said. “Not only does Deborah bring a wealth of experience to the team, but she’s also helping us look at the challenges of human resources, workforce development and talent attraction through different lenses.”
Since becoming owners in 2018, Jonker and Mulder have made an intentional effort to diversify their leadership team.
“I can’t think of a business owner out there that does not recognize that not only is our workforce demographic changing, but our clientele demographics are changing as well,” Jonker said. “For a long time Curt and I have believed that it is critical to have diverse voices represented at our senior level to position ourselves for future growth.”
