Fritz is a graduate of Michigan State University and began his project management career working in concrete, later working in residential remodeling and historic restoration. Fritz has worked for retailer Meijer, Inc. in construction management, supervising multiple concurring projects.
Since joining Wolverine in 2018, Fritz has led several projects, most notably Residence Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids Downtown. The project won the 2022 Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Design Award for Best Hotel. Fritz is spearheading several large multi-family projects across the region, including projects in downtown Brighton and Ypsilanti, Michigan with Wolverine’s regional offices in three locations.
“Participating in the rapid growth of our community has been incredibly rewarding,” Fritz said. “Solving challenges for our clients has provided me with a deep knowledge of the field. Leading the multi-unit residential team at Wolverine is a natural application of that experience.”
