The Best and Brightest programs identify, recognize, and celebrate the organizations that epitomize better business, richer lives, and stronger communities. Specifically, the application process evaluates organizations on communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.
Select companies were honored during a digital winners’ celebration. The winning companies will compete for 13 elite awards, one granted for each category. Also, an overall winner that has excelled in all categories will be honored with a Best of the Best Overall award.
