FORT WORTH, TX — The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) recently introduced its newly installed National Board and Regional Directors for the 2025-2026 term.
In the Texas Contractor area, Sheronda L. Carr, Chief Executive Officer of NAWIC in Fort Worth, Texas, was added to the National Board. Tamara Crooks, J.D., CIT, Construction Manager at Byrne Construction Services in Fort Worth, was named a Regional Director in the South Central Region.
NAWIC continues the vision of its founding members by advocating for the value and impact of women builders, professionals, and tradeswomen in all aspects of the construction industry. With more than 120 chapters nationwide, and over 6,000 members, NAWIC offers its members opportunities for professional development, education, networking, and leadership training.
