McIntyre, a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. His expertise spans small and large water and wastewater projects, ranging from pipelines to pump stations and lift stations to treatment plant work. His project highlights include leading initiatives for the City of Albemarle, such as the Albemarle Moss Springs Road Pump Station Rehabilitation, and spearheading the Kannapolis Crossing Off-Site Water and Sewer project in Rowan County. In his role at Garver, McIntyre will utilize his extensive experience to guide teams and clients in the Carolinas.
