The new Niagara Flower Mound Warehouse is a 127,810-square-foot facility which will provide space for Niagara Conservation, a manufacturer of water and energy conservation products. The warehouse features modern design and advanced technological elements and includes a 38-foot clear height; installation of storm, sewer, and water utilities; and improvements to Old Gerault Road.
Cadence McShane was chosen for the project due to their experience and expertise in building complex industrial facilities, working closely with TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. to ensure the project met their needs and requirements.
