AUSTIN, TX — Mike Weaver, a recognized authority on infrastructure financing, land use, and transportation systems joins HNTB Corporation as Central Region Strategic Business Development Officer. He is based in the firm’s Austin, Texas, office.

In this role, Weaver works alongside a variety of clients to help them create and execute innovative transportation programs that enhance mobility and connectivity through a variety of finance mechanisms.

Over his 45-year career, he has directed the successful implementation of more than $6 billion in P3 infrastructure projects across Texas and the Americas. He also successfully delivered a wide variety of master plans and bond programs across the state of Texas, including Williamson County, Hays County, the Chisolm Trail Parkway, and the Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

Prior to joining HNTB, Weaver served as Owner of a consulting firm. He is a graduate of the University of Houston.
