As Vice President of Operations for MYCON, McDonnell will tap into his experience gained from holding both field and office roles to create strategic partnerships, identify opportunities for change, and lead colleagues toward excellence.
McDonnell was introduced to the construction industry at a young age, working summers at his father’s concrete contracting company. He has over 29 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. His project experience spans the industrial, retail, grocery, automotive, health care, aviation, and high-rise residential markets. Most recently, McDonnell served as Project Executive on the largest hospital expansion in Oklahoma history, The OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center – North Tower.
