Leadership Team Expands with Chief Administrative Officer in Dallas
DeMark has joined Mbroh as Chief Administrative Officer and leads the company’s Human Resources services. DeMark brings a wealth of experience from a variety of industries — software, recruiting, and hospitality. DeMark is an advocate for all Mbroh employees, connecting and supporting each employee group and office across Texas and Oklahoma. She is focused on team development, process efficiency, and executive coordination of business operations.

Technical Team Addition in Dallas
Rajan, Electrical Engineer in Dallas, brings 15 years of global experience in project design, layout preparation, installation, testing, commissioning, and site management. Rajan's expertise includes FEED, pre-bid, and detailed engineering for projects such as substations and factories. His project management skills extend from the design and construction of projects to team leadership, budget and schedule maintenance, contract review, quality assurance, vendor evaluation and coordination, and site-related work including troubleshooting. Rajan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics from Anna University in India, and he is currently pursuing his PMP certification.
New Staff Members in Houston
McAdams, Staff Engineer in Houston, brings 30-plus years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design, including equipment design, I&C specifications, EPCI conceptual design, FEED, and detail design engineering and installation. McAdams' career includes principal-level leadership of engineering teams for pipeline infrastructure and facility upgrades in the oil & gas and electric utilities industries. In addition to his hands-on technical engineering expertise, McAdams' skills include business development, product development, and conceptual and technical evaluations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Houston.
Lai, Controls Specialist in Houston, brings 39 years of experience in instrumentation, automation, plant operation, process control system/safety instrument system engineering, control cabinet and wiring design, and programming. In addition to development, setup, and configuration of network architecture, he is well versed in factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, commissioning, and start up. His expertise includes: polymerization, gas processing/treatment/transmission, water/wastewater treatment, food/beverage/pharmaceutical/cosmetic, fired process heater/furnace/thermal oxidizer, refinery/ethane cracker, air/gas centrifugal/reciprocating compressor, material handling/transfer, liquefaction LNG, and offshore oil rig fire and safety. Lai's project management skills include direct technical team management, scope development, and budget and schedule execution plans. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University (Taiwan) and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Lamar University.
