H&H Team and GIS Services Team
EHRA has elected Andy Palermo, PE to serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors. He also serves as the Practice Area Leader of the firm’s H&H Team and GIS Services Team. EHRA has also elected Jennifer Hundl, PE, CFM, ENV SP, LEED AP to be an Associate Partner Shareholder. She also serves as a Senior Project Manager of the H&H Team.EHRA’s H&H and GIS Services Team provides drainage analysis and design services for public and private projects within the Greater Houston region. The team’s drainage solutions protect communities from potential flooding and help alleviate flooding where drainage issues exist.
Land Services Team
EHRA has elected Blake McGregor, PE to serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors. He also serves as a Practice Area Co-Leader of the firm’s Land Services Team. EHRA has also elected Huguette Abrunhosa, PE, RPLS to be an Associate Partner Shareholder and Jared Bowlin, PE to serve as Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and as a member of the Board of Directors. Abrunhosa also serves as a Senior Project Manager of the Land Services Team, while Bowlin serves as a Practice Area Co-Leader of the Land Services Team.Surveying and Mapping Team
EHRA has elected Charlie Kennedy, RPLS to serve as Senior Vice President. He also serves as the Practice Area Leader of the firm’s Surveying and Mapping Team. EHRA has also elected Munroe Kelsay, RPLS to be an Associate Partner Shareholder. He also serves as a Senior Survey Project Manager of the firm’s Surveying and Mapping Team and leads the firm’s drone LiDAR division.EHRA's full-time Survey and Mapping Team consisting of CAD drafters, mapping technicians, and field crews supervised by experienced Professional Land Surveyors. EHRA utilizes surveying equipment such as electronic total stations, robotic total stations, data collectors, high precision levels, Global Positioning Satellite systems, fixed LiDAR scanner, and a UAV LiDAR drone.
Planning and Visioning Team
EHRA has elected Chris Browne, LEEP AP to serve as Vice President. He also serves as the Practice Area Leader of the firm’s Planning and Visioning Team.EHRA provides general land planning services including community master planning and overall project visioning, thoroughfare planning, plat submittals and recordation, and comprehensive planning for local governments.
Public Works Team
EHRA has elected Kyle Macy, PE to be an Associate. He also serves as a Project Manager of the firm’s Public Works Team.EHRA plans and designs total solutions for public infrastructure needs, which can range from roads, bridges, and trails to water and wastewater treatment and conveyance.
Traffic and Transportation Team
EHRA has elected Mohammad Huq, PE, PTOE, F.ITE to be an Associate. He also serves as a Senior Project Manager of the firm’s Traffic and Transportation Team.EHRA’s Traffic and Transportation Team is specialized in multimodal traffic planning, transportation infrastructure design, and traffic operation/safety analysis. The team has served statewide, local, and municipal clients and demonstrated project successes ranging from pre-engineering study to final build out.
Facilities Team
EHRA has elected Paul Anderson, PE to be an Associate. He also serves as a Senior Project Manager of the firm’s Facilities Team.The Facilities Team supports operations and maintenance of water and wastewater systems and facilities while also performing condition assessments for the repair, rehabilitation, and upgrade of collection lines, force mains, pump stations, large trunk lines, water and wastewater treatment facilities.
