AUSTIN, TX — Swinerton, the national builder with more than 130 years of experience, announces the promotion of Alison Satt to Vice President and Division Manager of Austin. As Division Manager, Satt will lead Swinerton’s growing operations in the heart of Texas leveraging a wealth of experience, including operational and client service excellence along with national health care and aviation leadership.

In her new role, Satt will help the Austin division prepare for accelerated growth by building a foundation of profitable backlog and company culture. She will help expand Swinerton’s aviation leadership in the area. In addition to being known as a tenant improvement contractor for corporate clients in the area, Swinerton aims to diversify its portfolio and grow its reputation as a ground-up general contractor with self-perform capabilities, and an emphasis on mass timber.

Satt joined Swinerton in 2016, and during her tenure, she ascended from Project Manager to Project Executive, working primarily on core and shell office, affordable housing, and multi-family residential projects. She is known for creating fair and honest environments where project partners function as one efficient and effective team, from preconstruction to punch list.

Satt is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and has her California Civil Professional Engineering License.
