Widacki has successfully overseen the planning, design, and construction stages of diverse infrastructure projects, including interstate highways, high-occupancy vehicle lanes, toll roads, drainage, and transit centers. His broad design proficiency includes street and roadway design, horizontal alignments and vertical profiles for various elements, traffic signalization, traffic control plans, roadway lighting, and traffic signing and striping.
Prior to joining HNTB, Widacki served as the Chief Engineer of Transportation for another consulting firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
